Mother of Sexually Abused Boy Bander Breaks Her Silence, Implicates Disney, CAA, Hollywood Records, LAPD, DA & Industry Elite in Pedophile Ring & Cover-up

Hollywood only wants certain stories to be told. The stories where underage kids are plied with alcohol at the homes of glittery celebrities, like Chris Pratt and Anna Faris, and then sexually abused by adults in the industry aren’t stories anyone in tinsel town wants you to hear. Stories about how Disney knowingly allows their underage stars to be surrounded by pedophiles, and that their executives know about, witness, and even partake in child sex abuse aren’t stories they ever want the world to hear.

Tammy Garcia has a story Hollywood doesn’t want you to hear.

It’s the story of a mother, groomed and seduced by powerful dream-makers, whose bright, young, talented son became a Disney Channel star with a Hollywood Records contract, while at the same time he was being regularly sexually abused, and trafficked to industry elites, including managers, agents, executives and others employed by the biggest companies and studios in the industry.

“There are pedophile rings all throughout Hollywood. We stumbled into one of those rings,” Tammy revealed to me, the devastation and pain in her voice palpable.

That her own son became the victim of a well-insulated, Hollywood pedophiles is a gut-wrenching and heartbreaking reality it’s taken Tammy Garcia more than a year to accept. As a mother, it’s been a humbling, tragic, regret-filled nightmare. A cautionary tale, teeming with villains, and a few truly brave heroes, all culminating in a mother and son’s determination to fully expose and once and for all end the scourge of Hollywood: systemic, institutionalized, pedophilia.

One of the first steps in accomplishing this came on September 11, 2019 when Tammy’s son Ricky Garcia, 20, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court in which he named his ex-manager Joby Harte, 37, Joby’s Hot Rocks Media business partners Paul Cohen and Sheri Anderson Thomas, talent agency APA, former APA agent Tyler Grasham, and manager Nils Larsen, currently employed by Management 360.

The suit alleges that from the age of 12 years old Ricky was groomed, sexually abused and raped on a weekly basis, and that Joby Harte passed him around as a “sexual plaything” to other powerful pedophiles throughout the business.

The day the suit was filed articles appeared in People, Deadline, The Hollywood Reporter, and TMZ, among others. However, despite the serious nature of the charges and the many and far-reaching implications of the case, not a single outlet pursued the story further.

“The one thing that can fix this is talking about it, but Hollywood doesn’t want to talk about pedophilia,” Tammy says, a reality she quickly figured out the day after the story of Ricky’s lawsuit broke, when everything went radio silent. And, of course it did. This story has the power to bring down giants. The problem is, it’s the same giants who also own the media.

That’s when Tammy Garcia reached out to me instead. Over the course of nearly two months of phone conversations as well as an in-person, sit-down interview, Tammy took me through a stunning timeline of events as well as provided me with emails, written witness testimonies and documents compiled for the civil lawsuit, all of which detail the years of torture and abuse her son suffered, the names of those who partook, those who knew, and those who covered it up. The following is entirely drawn from these documents, emails, interviews and witness testimonies.

It all began when Tammy and Ricky attended a talent expo in Dallas, Texas, at which Ricky was scouted by over a dozen Hollywood managers, and subsequently signed with Joby Harte. At Joby’s urging, Ricky and Tammy moved to L.A., arriving in Hollywood in August of 2011 with a dream, the talent to achieve it, and $20,000 of bank-borrowed money.

PART 2: Joanna Kelly, mother of Emery Kelly, of former Disney boy band Forever In Your Mind, joins me today along with Ricky Garcia’s mom Tammy Garcia. Both mothers provide further testimony on the details and events of the abuse Ricky Garcia suffered at the hand of Joby Harte, among others, as well as those who knew, and those who covered it up. On behalf of all the child victims of every sex crime that has been and is currently being perpetrated in Hollywood, I want to publicly thank these two women for their courage and bravery in sharing with the world their tragic experience.

UN Peacekeepers Fathered Hundreds of Babies With Girls in Haiti as Young as 11

Marie* was 14 years old and enrolled in a Christian school when she met and became involved with Miguel, a Brazilian soldier working in Haiti as a UN peacekeeper. When she told him that she was pregnant with his baby, Miguel said he would help her with the child. But instead, he returned to Brazil. Marie wrote to him on Facebook but he never responded.

After learning that she was pregnant, Marie’s father forced her to leave the family home and she went to live with her sister. Her child is now four and Marie has yet to receive any support from the Brazilian military, an NGO, the UN or the Haitian state. Marie provides what she can for her son but she cannot afford to send him to school. She works for an hourly wage of 25 gourde (around 26 US cents or 20 UK pence) so that she and her son can eat. But she needs help with housing and paying for school fees.

Sadly, Marie’s experience is far from unique. In the summer of 2017, our research team interviewed approximately 2,500 Haitians about the experiences of local women and girls living in communities that host peace support operations. Of those, 265 told stories that featured children fathered by UN personnel. That 10% of those interviewed mentioned such children highlights just how common such stories really are.

The narratives reveal how girls as young as 11 were sexually abused and impregnated by peacekeepers and then, as one man put it, “left in misery” to raise their children alone, often because the fathers are repatriated once the pregnancy becomes known. Mothers such as Marie are then left to raise the children in settings of extreme poverty and disadvantage, with most receiving no assistance.

The UN Stabilisation Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) – the longest running mission by the organisation in the country (2004-2017) – was originally mandated to assist local Haitian institutions in a context of political instability and organised crime. Its mandate was then extended due to natural disasters, most notably an earthquake in 2010 and Hurricane Matthew in 2016, both of which added to the volatility of the political situation in the country. After 13 years of operation, MINUSTAH closed in October 2017, transitioning to the smaller UN Mission for Justice Support in Haiti (MINUJUSTH).

MINUSTAH is one of the most controversial UN missions ever. It has been the focus of extensive allegations of sexual exploitation and abuse. A shocking number of uniformed and non-uniformed peacekeeping personnel have been linked to human rights abuses including sexual exploitation, rape, and even unlawful deaths. (For the purposes of this article, we use MINUSTAH personnel, agents, and peacekeepers interchangeably to refer to uniformed and non-uniformed foreign staff associated with MINUSTAH.)

With regard to public health, it is undisputed, and now officially recognised by the UN, that peacekeepers also inadvertently introduced cholera to Haiti. More than 800,000 Haitians are known to have sought medical attention for cholera and at least 10,000 died from the disease.

Various media organisations have reported that minors were offered food and small amounts of cash to have sex with UN personnel, and MINUSTAH was linked to a sex ring that operated in Haiti with seeming impunity: allegedly, at least 134 Sri Lankan peacekeepers exploited nine children in a sex ring from 2004 to 2007. As a result of this story, reported by the Associated Press in 2017, MINUSTAH became a classic example of lack of appropriate response to allegations of sexual abuse. In the wake of this report, 114 peacekeepers were returned to Sri Lanka, but none were ever prosecuted or charged after repatriation.

Extensive research has demonstrated that children born of war are often raised in single-parent families in precarious economic post-conflict settings. The association with the (absent) foreign father, along with birth out of wedlock, often result in stigma and discrimination for the children.

Yet little is known about the impact of being a mixed-race child fathered by peacekeepers. Even less is known about the experiences of the so-called “Petit MINUSTAH”, or Haitian-born children of foreign UN peacekeepers. This is one of the reasons we set out to bring to light the stories of those affected by the UN mission.

Our study

We collected stories by asking participants to tell us what it’s like to be a woman or girl living in a community that hosts a peacekeeping mission. We audio-recorded the resulting stories, and then participants interpreted their experiences by responding to a series of pre-defined questions. This allowed us to better understand the circumstances and consequences of their interactions with peacekeepers.

Participants could share any story they chose, about anyone, and were not prompted in any way to talk about sexual abuse or exploitation. Narratives were captured by trained Haitian research assistants in the communities surrounding ten UN bases in Haiti in the summer of 2017. About 2,500 Haitians were asked about the experiences of local women and girls living in communities that host peace support operations. A variety of positive and negative experiences were captured, but 265 (10%) of all stories were about peacekeeper-fathered children. This is particularly noteworthy since the survey did not ask about sexual relations with peacekeepers or about children conceived through such relations.

This would suggest not only that sexual abuse and exploitation by UN peacekeeping personnel is not rare, but also, as one Port-Salut research participant said in her own words: “There are many young women who have children with the MINUSTAH.” This was echoed by a man in Saint Marc who told us: “MINUSTAH gave us many children without fathers.”

Judge Releases one of the Rapists in Case Where Mother used Dating Website to Find Men willing to Sexually Abuse 10-Yr. Old Daughter while she Watched

In August 2016 Victoria Martens was drugged with methamphetamine, raped, murdered and then dismembered by a group of drug addicts, including her mother. The shocking case is slowly proceeding through the US courts but a judge has released a key suspect.

Legal analysts and law enforcement experts reacted with shock on social media when a judge allowed Fabian Gonzales, 34, to walk free on Wednesday, 20 November.

Gonzales was one of a group of drug addicts who were there on the night of 23 August 2016 when Victoria Martens – who had turned 10 the day before – was injected with meth, raped, strangled and then dismembered in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The case has shocked residents in Albuquerque, a city which became synonymous with methamphetamine after it was used as the location for the hit TV show Breaking Bad.

Martens, 35, told police she used a dating website to find men willing to sexually abuse her daughter while she watched. She now faces 15 years in jail.

Kelley, 31, pleaded no contest to child abuse recklessly causing or resulting in death, tampering with evidence and aggravated assault.

Kelley claimed in her plea agreement that she was “tweaking” and suffering paranoid delusions after taking methamphetamine on the afternoon she agreed to mind Victoria while Martens and Gonzales went out.

She claimed an unknown man came into the apartment and killed Victoria.

Murder charges were dropped against Gonzales but he still faces charges of child abuse and tampering with evidence.

Last week Judge Charles Brown caused consternation when he agreed to release Gonzales without GPS monitoring after ruling the state had failed to prove he was a danger to the community.

Victoria’s remains were found dead wrapped in a burning blanket.

No date has been set yet for Gonzales’ trial and police say they believe a fourth person was involved in the incident.

A man’s partial DNA sample was found on the little girl’s body and he has been indicted as a “John Doe.”

Prosecutors have appealed against the decision to release Gonzales.

Jeffrey Epstein Accuser News Conference: Alleges Sick Sex Assault by Woman Before Rape by Him

A woman says in a new Manhattan lawsuit that she was just 15 years old when Jeffrey Epstein raped her — and added at an emotional press conference Monday that it’s ludicrous to think that those around him were unaware of his sick deeds.

The unidentified 31-year-old woman did not mention Prince Andrew by name as she spoke about Epstein’s pals’ alleged duplicity. But the royal has been battered by a firestorm of criticism over his longtime friendship with the multimillionaire, including during the years the pedophile was abusing young girls, and has been accused himself of having sex with one of Epstein’s underage “slaves.”

“Jeffrey Epstein was only a small part of an insidious system of privilege that exploits children as sexual commodities and robs them of their youth,‘’ the woman said, accompanied by her lawyer, celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, in California.

“It was clear from the time I spent with Epstein that something was very wrong with his lifestyle, and it didn’t take a victim to see that. We were not hidden,” the woman said. “It is upsetting to me that anyone who is closely associated with Jeffrey Epstein didn’t suspect that he might be sexually abusing children.”

The woman said one of Epstein’s assistants did contact her at one point to ask her to fly to his property in the Virgin Islands — “where I was told Andrew, among others, would be a guest” — but that she declined “out of fear” after the financier and a female assistant had separately sexually assaulted her.

The woman also joined the growing chorus of public figures Monday urging Prince Andrew to talk to the FBI under oath about what he knew about Epstein. Andrew has denied being involved in any crime or having any knowledge of one committed by Epstein.

‘Prince Andrew and any others who were close to Epstein should come forward and give a statement under oath on what information they have,” the woman said. “Just because Epstein is dead doesn’t mean that others around him don’t deserve their day in court.”

Allred added that the royal was in three of Epstein’s homes and “he should have asked why these girls are here. Are they working here? What are their jobs? Where are their parents?

“It’s not something anyone should close their eyes to,” the lawyer said. “These are kids. [Andrew] has two daughters.”

Jane Doe 15 eventually found herself on board the “Lolita Express” plane after Epstein began grooming her when she was in New York for a school trip.

“When I chose a seat on the jet, Jeffrey told me that is where his good friend Bill Clinton always chose to sit,” Jane Doe 15, who is now 31 years old, said.

The woman also recalled that during a trip to Epstein’s Zorro Ranch, he “took her sexual innocence in front of a wall of framed photographs of him shaking hands with and smiling with celebrities and political leaders.”

She added that while Epstein was giving her a “tour of the bedroom”, he told Jane Doe 15 to get down and feel the carpeted floors of the room, asking if she noticed anything special about it.

After she said that it felt very soft, Epstein “laughed and said it was because the floors in the bedroom were foam mattress floors, because he liked to have girls sleep around him on the floor while he slept in the bed,” according to Jane Doe 15.

She said that she declined other invitations from Epstein and that she left Zorro Ranch “with a deep sense of shame.”

Ex-NBC correspondent Bruce Hensel arrested for asking 9-year-old for sexual photos

An Emmy-winning former medical correspondent for NBC was arrested for allegedly asking a 9-year-old girl to send him sexually explicit photos, according to new reports.

Dr. Bruce Hensel, 71, was charged Wednesday with asking the daughter of a friend through an online messaging app for the photos in August, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Hensel, who worked as the on-air chief medical correspondent for NBC New York and Los Angeles, faces one felony count of contact with a minor for sexual purposes.

The Los Angeles Police Department launched an investigation into Hensel after they learned he and the girl shared inappropriate messages and photos. Hensel’s home in the Pacific Palisades was searched on Oct. 16 as per a search warrant.

He was booked into the Los Angeles Police Department’s Metropolitan Detention Center and his bail was set at $5,000. His arraignment will be at a later date.

If convicted, he faces up to 18 months in prison.

His lawyer, Steve Sitkoff, said his arrest came as a surprise.

“We are cooperating fully with the authorities and we are looking forward to a speedy and complete exoneration,” Sitkoff told NBC4 in Los Angeles.

Hensel, who is board certified in internal medicine and emergency medicine, joined NBC4 in 1987.

He was the executive producer on the Showtime show “Beyond the Opposite Sex” last year.

This is the 2nd sexual predator linked to Adam Schiff that’s been arrested in the last 60 days. Ed Buck was arrested in September after a third gay male escort was overdosed in his apartment. The first 2 to overdose ended up dead.
