(NaturalNews) The Affordable Care Act that isn’t affordable and has raised health insurance rates and the cost of healthcare. The Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act, designed to improve food labeling but which actually bans states from enacting their own GMO labeling requirements, thus keeping food labels inaccurate. The USA Patriot Act, a major post-9/11 bill that redefined “patriotism” as massive unconstitutional government surveillance and intrusion. And so on.
Throughout our recent history, there are a number of examples where Congress and the Executive Branch have proposed or passed legislation that, in practice, does exactly the opposite of what elected officials said it would do, in direct contradiction of their titles. The same is true of the federal bureaucracy: There are innumerable examples of federal agencies performing tasks and undertaking missions that are diametrically opposite of their founding purpose.
Consider these examples:
— EPA polluting rivers:The EPA recently caused over 3 millions gallons of toxic waste to spill into Colorado’s Animas River while “cleaning up” the Gold King Mine near Silverton, CO. A local retired geologist predicted that the EPA would actually cause a massive toxic spill in order to secure federal funding for a “Superfund” site. And that is exactly what happened, and is happening. Since the incident, the EPA has declared that the affected river water is perfectly clean and safe, although toxic lead and arsenic now line the river banks on historic Navajo land. After spreading their poison on Navajo land and putting countless lives at risk, appointed EPA officials are now defying Congress members elected to represent Americans and refusing to release documents related to the mine spill.
— Operation Fast and Furious: Begun at the outset of the Obama Administration, Fast and Furious was a gun-running operation headed by the Justice Department and, specifically, by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms – the federal agency charged with investigating, among other crimes, gun-running. In particular, the ATF sold thousands of guns to “straw” purchasers who were buying them to transfer to Mexican drug lords south of the border. The plan, according to some, was to have the ATF track those weapons and, upon locating them in the hands of the drug lords, make arrests.
None of that seems plausible from the outset, when you consider that the U.S. government has no authority to arrest anyone in Mexico, and for that to have ever happened would have required the cooperation of the Mexican authorities. Secondly, there were no tracking devices placed on any of the trafficked weapons, which consisted primarily of “assault weapons” – that is, semi-automatic rifles that resemble military counterparts which are truly assault weapons – so there was no way to actually track them. Why the operation in the first place? Because, as investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson for CBS News pointed out, it was an administration attempt to push for stricter gun control laws.
— Drug Enforcement Agency making drug deals: As reported by Business Insider (BI) in January 2014, the DEA – an agency formed to enforce federal drug laws and battle drug trafficking – was actually involving in drug trafficking. Citing El Universal, BI reported that, “between the years 2000 and 2012, the U.S. government had an arrangement with Mexico’s Sinaloa drug cartel that allowed the organization to smuggle billions of dollars of drugs while Sinaloa provided information on rival cartels.” From “drug enforcement” to “drug smuggling.”
— The FBI’s staged anti-terror campaign: Since 9/11, the FBI – no doubt in an effort to remain relevant, powerful and well-funded, has expended no small amount of resources to manufacture “terrorism” cases. As reported by The New York Times in 2012, the FBI has essentially created a cottage industry of terrorism, using undercover operatives who pretend to be planning attacks on the United States, only to ensnare “suspects” it has created out of whole cloth. The paper noted:
THE United States has been narrowly saved from lethal terrorist plots in recent years — or so it has seemed. A would-be suicide bomber was intercepted on his way to the Capitol; a scheme to bomb synagogues and shoot Stinger missiles at military aircraft was developed by men in Newburgh, N.Y.; and a fanciful idea to fly explosive-laden model planes into the Pentagon and the Capitol was hatched in Massachusetts.
But all these dramas were facilitated by the F.B.I., whose undercover agents and informers posed as terrorists offering a dummy missile, fake C-4 explosives, a disarmed suicide vest and rudimentary training. Suspects naively played their parts until they were arrested.
Such operations are legal, the paper noted, but just how ethical are they? And in a time when real terrorism is a real threat, should the FBI be in the business of creating terrorist incidents when the agency is supposed to be rooting out and foiling legitimate plots?
— The Department of State: The diplomatic wing of the U.S. government, the role of the State Department “is to shape and sustain a peaceful, prosperous, just, and democratic world.” But in practice, the State Department has often been used as an organ of espionage for the U.S. intelligence community.
As laid out in Executive Order 12333, titled, “United States Intelligence Activities” and signed by President Ronald Reagan in December 1981, under Section 1.9, the department is required to conduct intelligence operations, which is different from, say, spreading democracy.
As the editor of Natural News, Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, reported recently, the federal bureaucracy’s myriad of alphabet agencies has a long history of doing exactly the opposite of what you’d expect them to be doing.
“Almost EVERY federal government agency is now functioning as a rogue entity. Nearly all of them routinely carry out false flag events in order to justify their own existence (and increase their budgets),” he wrote. “In a very real way, U.S. government agencies have become mafia-style cartels carrying out domestic terrorism across America in order to justify their own existence.”
The Department of War was renamed the Department of Defense after World War II, by the way. While the Pentagon certainly defends the country, it also conducts offensive operations – makes war, in other words – when ordered to do so by the Congress and president.
Activist Post – We have chosen to highlight United States agencies; however, this top 10 list has global impact, as the U.S. has now proven to be the enforcement division of the overarching globalist agenda of centralized control.
While there are many patriots and good people in all government agencies, the deep state seeks to control and use these agencies as weapons to move forward towards their new world order agenda. One could argue that every government agency serves the purpose of stifling freedom and wasting taxpayer money. Yet, the 10 listed below go the extra mile for their sheer corruption, draconian regulations, and ultimate impact upon the largest number of citizens. Not included in the list are the CIA and MSA, the 2 organizations that former CIA agent and whistleblower
The main criteria for inclusion in the top 10 is the amount of money spent by the taxpayer according to official budget declarations, and then attaining the highest level of doing exactly the opposite of their stated intentions.
Here is the countdown to the top 10 most dangerous U.S. government agencies to the freedom, prosperity and health of its citizens . . . .
Their record of ignoring environmental damage and the health effects on humans from major events such as 9/11, the Exxon and Gulf oil spills to the worst case, Fukushima, is unparalleled. Rather than investigate and warn of real dangers, they have gone after farmers for dubious claims of water contamination, while treating milk spills as they should have treated oil spills. Even worse, the EPA has concluded that there is no law preventing it from doing “research” on Americans. A recent lawsuit over the EPA’s work with airborne pollutants will put this claim to the test in Federal court. Their illegal human experiments could break the Nuremberg Code (source: The Washington Times).
Cries of “End the Fed!” continue to get louder, while more people are beginning to wake up completely and couple this with “End the IRS!” In fact, the two were developed together 100 years ago making the private Fed and the government IRS fraternal twins in creating a system of indentured servitude through dollar devaluation and arbitrary tax collection, respectively. The Fed enslaves through stealth, while the IRS uses force to impose itself through ever-expanding regulations and the threat of fines and imprisonment. As the collection division, the IRS rakes in a staggering $2.3 trillion annually. Despite that massive amount, the IRS has a distinguished record of ignoring the shenanigans of major corporations and federal employees, while focusing harshly on the average private citizen and small businesses in particular. Thankfully, there is some momentum toward abolishing the IRS through FairTax legislation. Now would be a good time, as the IRS will be empowered even further when the healthcare overhaul takes effect.
Despite massive funding to help people in dire need of assistance, FEMA has failed spectacularly in the cases of Katrina and Sandy, even hindering the ability of people to make it on their own, as gun confiscation was ordered against the population affected by Katrina. The mechanics of offering aid to legitimate victims of Sandy are still being debated by the U.S. government. Additionally, there is a disturbing amount of evidence that suggests FEMA would be instrumental in enslaving large populations following an economic collapse or civil unrest. FEMA centers are now open knowledge and if implemented will likely resemble the squalor and horror that refugees encountered when jammed into the New Orleans Superdome following Katrina.
#7 – Department of Justice (DoJ) – annual budget $28 billion
This includes the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) which has its own annual budget of $8 billion. The “Department of Justice” is perhaps the most Orwellian oxymoron of all government agencies. For decades they have pursued a failed War on Drugs that targets small-time users while ignoring the true drug criminals. In fact, they’ve even armed the drug gangs as revealed in the Fast and Furious scandal. We have a Justice Department more concerned with going after whistleblowers of crimes than the criminals themselves. The FBI deserves a whole section unto itself given their recent behavior. The only “terrorists” they’ve caught since 9-11 are the ones they have created with their own material support. Further, the FBI is increasingly using illegal surveillance tactics for peaceful activists like Occupy demonstrators and others. It has recently been revealed that the FBI was actually spying on Occupy protesters at the behest of banks, not the government, even refusing to tell Occupy leaders that there were assassination plots against them. Finally, it must be noted that no bankers have gone to jail from the immense fraud that led to the financial collapse of 2008 and beyond; no one significant has gone to jail for torture and other war crimes; and government corruption has been all but legalized.
Many of the intelligence accounts are classified, so we can’t really know the true total, but we do know that the budget for spy agencies has doubled since 9/11. The NSA has grabbed the most attention as of late with their new $2 billion data mining center in Bluffdale, Utah. Whistleblowers like William Binney have stated that the agency is already spying on its own citizens domestically. As the war on terror increases its scope through drone surveillance on American soil, the NSA’s budget will only increase, while increasing the danger posed to large sections of the U.S. Constitution. The CIA of course has long been implicated in using assassination rings to topple foreign governments and political opponents, while being at the center of the Guantanamo Bay and rendition torture apparatus. With the arrival of no-holds-barred legislation like NDAA 2013, the intelligence regime becomes more dangerous than ever.
Kevin Shipp, a high level CIA whistleblower, said at a 2017 public awareness conference that “The top of the shadow government is the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency.”
He also touched on what he called the “secret intelligence industrial complex,” which he called the center of the shadow government including the CIA, NSA, NRO, and NGA.
#5 – Department of Education (ED) – annual budget $70 billion
The way that America has chosen to educate its youth is the beginning of the justifications for the abuses of every other federal agency. The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, as Charlotte Iserbyt has called it, has resulted in a once independent, entrepreneurial nation becoming a collectivized horde of selfish, but not individualistic, youth. There is much less attention paid to vocational skills, and much more attention paid to training the next bunch of public officials or bureaucracy enforcers. Furthermore, the public school system is clearly engaging in prisoner training with the actions of children becoming criminalized at an ever-greater pace. With the CT school shooting, we can expect that this will now become part of the curriculum as justification for the surrounding police state will be taught as a logical consequence in the face of such random threats of terror.
Much like the Department of Defense, the activities of DHS are all-encompassing including the goon squad of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), which has employed untrained, low IQ, and criminal elements including pedophiles to reach into the pants of men, women and children. The TSA is also responsible for introducing cancer to its employees and the public through its backscatter radiation naked imaging machines. And now they are set to hit the streets across America with their spin-off VIPR teams. DHS has set up the ultimate framework for tyranny, including secret lists, secret arrests, activist surveillance, biometric immigration measures, control of cyberspace, Orwellian telescreens and PSA’s that increasingly portray average citizens who are engaged in normal activities as worthy of suspicion and interrogation. They are sure to be on the front lines of any gun control and confiscation initiatives, as they clearly have been stockpiling their own ammunition in ever greater numbers.
#3 – U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) – annual budget $155 billion
If there is one agency that is administering the globalist directives of Agenda 21, it is the USDA. They have recently begun putting dubious embargoes on small farms, which is leading to economic and literal starvation of people and animals alike. Through their trickle down directives, farmers can even be charged in a different county after being cleared of wrongdoing in a previous case. This is the hallmark of bureaucratic tyranny. The USDA has been instrumental in clearing Dow Chemical’s GM soy, giving Monsanto’s GMO crops special ‘speed approval,’ and covering up pesticide damage to humans and bee populations. But in true absurdist bureaucratic style, the same organization that has consistently overlooked the health and economic threats to countless millions of people decided to fine a family $4 million dollars for selling bunny rabbits.
#2 – Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) – annual budget $892 billion
As for the CDC, or Centers for Disease Creation and Proliferation as some natural medicine practitioners have coined the agency (budget $11 billion), they have encouraged vaccination to such an extent that some have questioned whether their mandated vaccine schedule is part of a compulsory sterilization program.
#1 – Department of Defense (DoD) – annual budget ??? – Officially $613 billion
This agency is in desperate need of returning to its more honest original name: The War Department. In addition to being the recipient of the highest percentage of the federal budget, the DoD’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) division almost deserves a category of its own. Many of DARPA’s projects fall into the money pit of “black budget” secret projects not even subjected to presidential and congressional oversight. With DARPA’s “mad science” reputation, it is no doubt one of the top recipients of the $50 billion annual black budget, making this one of the most dangerous federal agencies to both the economy of the U.S. and to world peace. Overall, the Department of Defense as the coordinator for anything that falls under “national security” is responsible for openly killing millions and eviscerating the Constitution … and there is no sign that they are letting up any time soon.
The FBI and NYPD raided the Manhattan headquarters of fashion executive Peter Nygård on Tuesday linked to an ongoing sex-trafficking investigation, according to The New York Times. Nygård, the 78-year-old Finnish-Canadian owner of women’s wear company Nygård International, has been under investigation for at least five months by a joint child-exploitation task force headed by the Manhattan US attorney’s office. At least four women who have accused Nygård of sexually assaulting them when they were 14 and 15 at his Lyford Cay estate in the Bahamas in a recent lawsuit have also been cooperating with the task force. “The class action lawsuit ... 60 Minutes attacks President Donald Trump and The Gateway Pundit in another shoddy hit piece. The news magazine claimed Crowdstrike was correct in assessing that the DNC was hacked by Russians in 2016. But all they offer as proof is hearsay and weak arguments. 60 Minutes and Crowdstrike are dead wrong AND WE HAVE THE PROOF. For years now the FBI and Mueller investigation claimed that Russia hacked the DNC during the lead up to the 2016 election. This is central to the Russia-Collusion narrative. But the actual evidence shows the Russia collusion scam is one of the biggest ... Read More
For more than half a century, governments all over the world trusted a single company to keep the communications of their spies, soldiers and diplomats secret. That company was secretly run by the CIA, which had the ability to read all those communications for decades. Greg Miller at the Washington Post: The company, Crypto AG, got its first break with a contract to build code-making machines for U.S. troops during World War II. Flush with cash, it became a dominant maker of encryption devices for decades, navigating waves of technology from mechanical gears to electronic circuits and, finally, silicon chips ... Read More
President Donald Trump has proposed an overhaul of federal education funding that would, in the administration’s view, deliver on his promises of returning decision-making power to states and districts, expanding school choice, and giving students more pathways to careers. Trump’s take on education has been that Washington has usurped too much power over the classroom and needs to step back. As the executive, however, he has limited room for doing so, as many of the federal regulations, such as requirements for standardized testing, academic standards, and intervention in struggling schools, are mandated by law. Moreover, the federal government only pays about ... Read More
A South Bend Councilman criticized Pete Buttigieg after the former mayor stumbled under pressure on his record of race relations during the Democrat debate on Friday. “As a Councilman in South Bend, I know why Pete Buttigieg looked like a deer in headlights last night when talking about systemic racism in the South Bend Police,” South Bend Councilman Henry Davis Jr. wrote on Twitter. “He tolerated it, he perpetuated it, and last night he lied to millions of Americans about it.” Davis Jr. criticized Buttigieg for blocking the release of secret tapes recorded by the former black police chief of South Bend ... The Senate voted to acquit President Donald John Trump on the first of two articles of impeachment. The vote was 52-48 for acquittal on the first article, for “abuse of power,” with only Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), crossing party lines. Romney made history by becoming the first US Senator to vote to convict a president of his own party. The vote was 53-47 for acquittal on the second article, for “obstruction of Congress,” with Romney voting “not guilty.” The Chief Justice presided over the final vote, and after the clerk read each article of impeachment, each Senator stood in his ... Wray’s FBI lies again and claims it did nothing wrong. Attorney Ty Clevenger reported to the courts on Monday that despite numerous assurances from the FBI that they had no information related to Seth Rich, the FBI had been caught and therefore was lying to him all this time. (See timeline below). In response, the DOJ immediately stepped in with a letter to the judge. In this letter the DOJ claimed the FBI had met its burden and its search would have located emails “of investigative significance”: The DOJ next says that after the Mueller sham, Hillary’s email exoneration, ... Over the past two weeks of coronavirus headlines and heightened global anxiety, along with impeachment coverage and after over the Super Bowl weekend Americans huddled in living rooms in blissful oblivion, a story which in more normal times would be front and center has gone largely unnoticed. To be sure, the Pentagon couldn't be happier that this bombshell has taken a back burner in global headlines: The Pentagon made $35 trillion in accounting adjustments last year alone — a total that’s larger than the entire U.S. economy and underscores the Defense Department’s continuing difficulty in balancing its books. The latest estimate is up from $30.7 trillion in ... Read More
Fox News host Tucker Carlson blasted the Environmental Protection Agency over its decision to stop monitoring the dangerous herbicide known as Atrazine in the U.S. water supply. “Despite its name, the Environmental Protection Agency doesn’t just exist to protect the environment,” Carlson said Friday. “It also exists to protect you, by policing against the many pollutants that are generated by modern life. But soon, the EPA will be doing a little bit less to protect you, and a little bit more to protect Big Agriculture.” “Buried within a recent 60-page regulatory document, the EPA has announced it will soon ...
